Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Trinity Tech Aid (“Trinity Tech Aid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing access to and use of TTA LaunchPad and related websites, apps, cohorts, community features, AI tools, billing, and content (collectively, the “Service”) available at https://launchpad.trinitytechaid.com and linked domains.

By creating an account, clicking accept, paying a fee, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, Refunds & Cancellations, Educational Disclaimer, and the Idea Mutual NDA when you submit project ideas. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

You are responsible for accurate registration information, keeping credentials confidential, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at info@trinitytechaid.com.

Seats, Wave programs, Explorer/community access, Academy cohorts, and institutional licenses may be invitation-only or capacity-limited. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access for policy violations, fraud, non-payment, or risk to other users.

TTA LaunchPad is an educational and productivity platform. It may include project workspaces, templates, mentor/instructor tools, community events, live sessions (e.g., Teams / streaming embeds), AI assistants, Academy content, credentials stubs, and related features. Features, plans, and entitlements change over time; we do not guarantee any particular feature will remain available.

Free or “Explorer” access, when offered, may be limited to community or other non-build surfaces as described on pricing and in-product notices. Paid plans, Wave fees, session seats, and institutional SKUs unlock additional entitlements subject to these Terms and your plan limits.

We do not guarantee funding, customers, revenue, employment, grades, academic credit, admissions outcomes, legal compliance, technical success, uptime, or any business result. Mentors, AI outputs, Advisory Board–style content, Demo Day feedback, and peer advice are educational opinions—not professional advice. See the Educational Disclaimer.

The Service may use third-party AI models. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or outdated. You must independently verify anything important (legal, financial, medical, safety, academic integrity, or production code). You remain responsible for prompts, uploaded content, and how you use outputs.

Do not submit secrets, regulated health data, or third-party confidential information you are not authorized to share. AI usage may be metered (credits/limits). Circumventing metering or safety controls is prohibited.

You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”), subject to rights of others and these Terms. You grant Trinity Tech Aid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and create operational copies of User Content solely to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service (including backups, moderation, and feature delivery).

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit User Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate law. We may remove or restrict content that violates policy or law.

The Service, branding, curricula frameworks, software, and documentation (excluding User Content) are owned by Trinity Tech Aid or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service as offered, no license is granted. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer (except where law prohibits that restriction), resell, or create competing datasets from the Service without written permission.

Paid features are billed via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Prices, taxes, and plan details are shown at checkout or in an order form. You authorize recurring charges where you select a subscription. Failed payments may result in suspension.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Community forums, events, office hours, and live sessions must follow the Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy. Join links, recordings, and paid-session media may be entitlement-gated. Recording or redistributing private sessions without permission is prohibited.

If your school or employer provisions access, additional terms (DPA, order form, FERPA/education-record arrangements) may apply. You must follow your institution’s academic integrity and acceptable-use rules. We are not your school of record unless a separate agreement says so.

The Service may integrate or embed third parties (auth, hosting, payments, email, analytics, video, AI providers, calendars). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRINITY TECH AID DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRINITY TECH AID AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

You will defend and indemnify Trinity Tech Aid against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms or law, or your infringement of another’s rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, non-payment, or discontinuation of the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms) survive termination.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes may also be noticed in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise. Exclusive venue for disputes that are not subject to small-claims or mandatory arbitration rules will be state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there—except where prohibited for consumers.

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by emailing info@trinitytechaid.com with a brief description and requested relief, and allowing thirty (30) days for a response.

These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Service (unless a signed order form or institutional agreement applies). If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. Notices may be sent to your account email or posted in the Service.
