- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, or probe security without written permission
- Bypass paywalls, entitlements, credit metering, or access controls
- Share paid join links, seat invites, or credentials with people who are not entitled
- Submit others’ confidential data or regulated data without authorization
- Generate or distribute CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that facilitates violent crime
- Impersonate Trinity Tech Aid, mentors, or other users
- Use AI features to automate abuse, spam, or mass deception
- Resell or white-label the Service without a written license
