Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Trinity Tech Aid collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use TTA LaunchPad (https://launchpad.trinitytechaid.com) and related admissions, marketing, and support channels.

• Account & profile: name, email, password hashes (via auth provider), role, plan/entitlements, onboarding answers, preferences.
• Application / waitlist: application responses, track interest, seat status, communications.
• Project & learning content: ideas, blueprints, workspace artifacts, submissions, reviews, messages you send in the product.
• Community & events: registrations, attendance metadata, session seat/payment status (not full card numbers).
• AI usage: prompts/outputs metadata, credit consumption, safety signals as needed to operate and meter features.
• Billing: processed by Stripe or similar; we receive limited payment metadata (e.g., customer id, last4, subscription status), not full PAN/CVV.
• Technical: IP address, device/browser type, logs, cookies/similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).
• Support: messages you send to us and related tickets.

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service
• Authenticate users and enforce entitlements / plan limits
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Operate cohorts, mentoring, events, and community features
• Provide AI features and usage metering
• Communicate about seats, billing, security, and product changes
• Comply with law and enforce our policies
• With consent or as otherwise allowed, send marketing (opt out anytime)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract; legitimate interests (security, product improvement, limited marketing); consent (where required); and legal obligation.

We do not sell personal information. We may share with:

• Processors that help run the Service (hosting, auth/database, email, analytics, payments, AI providers, error monitoring) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations
• Mentors, instructors, admins, or org admins as needed for the features you use (e.g., reviews, cohort roster)
• Institutions that sponsor your seat, subject to that arrangement
• Legal / safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights, users, or the Service
• Business transfers (merger, acquisition, asset sale) with appropriate safeguards

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, security, dispute, and legal purposes. You may request deletion from Settings or by emailing info@trinitytechaid.com; we will process requests subject to legal holds, backup cycles, and shared-content constraints.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Service (including access controls and encrypted transport). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Contact info@trinitytechaid.com. You may also manage certain profile and privacy settings in-product.

California residents: we do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under the CCPA/CPRA. You may still request know/delete/correct rights via the contact above.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe we have, and we will take appropriate steps.

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our processors operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.

Institutional partners should review our trust documentation and any signed DPA/FERPA arrangements. Unless we are acting as a school official under a written agreement, do not treat general product usage as creating FERPA obligations beyond applicable law and your contracts.

We may update this Policy by posting a new effective date. Material changes may be highlighted in-product or by email when appropriate.
