Is TTA LaunchPad free?
Accepted Wave 01 seats use a $300 list program fee — $270 pay-in-full or $100/mo × 3. À la carte: $50 single workshops and $100 exam/cert prep — pick the session and pay at least one week before it starts (while seats remain). Weekly Builder Calls are included with the program, not a separate drop-in fee. Need-based tuition help — request it in step 3 if you qualify.
How do workshop and exam/cert prep seats work?
On Sessions, pick the exact workshop ($50) or exam/certification prep session ($100). Pay at least 7 days before start. When capacity is full or the advance window closes, that session stops taking paid seats. Not a substitute for the full Wave 01 Academy/Builder seat.
How selective is Wave 01?
Not everyone is accepted — invite seats are capped for the founding wave. We review commitment, hours per week, and whether your build is real. Later waves open when we say they open; missing this one means waiting.
Builder vs Academy — which track?
AI Academy is the student readiness path: 12 weeks, live sessions + Studio, Founder or Builder track, instructor gates, and a product you can defend — completion unlocks Client Launch Labs. Builder is playbooks, Golden Path projects, mentorship, and client-development resources. Your questionnaire helps admissions place you; both share the Wave 01 program fee.
Can I get a refund if I withdraw?
Before cohort start (or within 7 days of first activation if no cohort date): request a full refund minus processing via Support. After week one: no cash refund; a later-wave transfer may be approved. See Pricing for full withdrawal language.
Can my company or school buy seats?
Yes. Workforce programs, schools, and employers can purchase Labs seats for AI training cohorts. Use For teams to talk with sales — no self-serve institutional checkout.
What happens after I submit?
You get a confirmation email. We review within ~48 hours. If accepted, you receive a seat invite, register, activate Founding Builder (or tuition aid), then enter onboarding.
Can I strengthen my application?
Yes — share your personal waitlist link after signup. Referrals from builders who will actually ship are noted. You can also complete the full admissions assessment on /apply.
Who is this not for?
Tourists, tire-kickers, and people looking for guaranteed funding or customers. This is for builders who will put in consistent hours and finish what they start.
